Always ensure that the size of the cable lug matches the thickness of your cable. This will give you the best result. Do you have thin wires of 0.5-1.5mm²? Then these are the right professional crimp terminals. Good conductivity and strong fixation of your wire.

Did you know that M-LED cable lugs are made up of three parts:

✅ Bronze plug that is tinned and provides excellent conductivity and clamping force

✅ Copper bush with a conical end which makes it easy to slide the wire into the cable lug. The sturdy bush ensures a good fixation of the wire

✅ PVC Insulation insulates up to 300 volts. The color indicates the size for the cable thickness.

The cable lugs are easy to process due to the various crimping and stripping pliers that MobiLED supplies. If you use the pliers occasionally, the standard version will be sufficient. If you regularly work with cable lugs, it certainly pays to get a professional one.
